Next Salary Survey On the Way

PQNDT's annual survey of NDT salaries and benefits has been the topic of great interest within the industry over the past several years. Our 2006 survey is being prepared and should be up and running on our website by the Summer 2006. This year's survey will be more comprehensive than ever, but should also be simpler and quicker to complete.

Be sure to check back and complete a survey form in order to put your "two cents" into the results. Once you complete the survey we'll make sure you're among the first to receive the results via e-mail.


Michael Serabian Addresses NDTMA Conference

PQNDT president Michael Serabian was invited to make a presentation at the NDTMA's 2006 management conference in Las Vegas. Michael's topic was "Trends in NDT Salaries and Benefits." He reviewed the results of the last few years of our salary & benefits survey, noting trends and differences in regions and industries. Michael also addressed the growing need to bring more young talent into the industry.


Website Updates

Our new website has been well received by job seekers and employers alike. The site has been designed to be easy to navigate, provide helpful information about the NDT industry, and, of course, serve as the single best resource for employers and job seekers across the country.

The number of employers who are registering and posting new jobs on the PQNDT website has dramatically increased. Employers are discovering that the PQNDT "talent pool" runs deep and wide, with experienced, qualified and motivated NDT professionals visiting the site and exploring their employment options every day.

We continue to make improvements and enhancements to the site to make it a more valuable resource for the NDT industry. Among the latest changes, our free job search function no longer requires user registration, allowing anybody to search for the hottest NDT jobs. We're posting new jobs every day.so check it out!
