You should have a 2-5 year proven track record in the technical staffing industry or related sales field. Experience in the full life-cycle placement process is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and qualifying candidates through extensive phone work, lead generation, internet recruiting and referral programs
• Developing and maintaining both candidate and client relationships
• Negotiating contract and permanent placement agreements and fees
• Managing PQNDT's extensive personnel database
