Q. What qualifications are you looking for?

A. Ideally you should have a proven track record in the technical staffing industry or related sales field. Experience in the full life-cycle placement process is a plus.

Q. Do you offer a training program for rookies in the field?

A. We all have to start somewhere, so why not start with PQNDT? If you have the people skills and a strong desire to succeed, we have proven one-on-one training and mentoring programs to get you on the right track to becoming a great recruiter.

Q. But what if I don?t know anything about NDT?

A. We've had successful recruiters from truly diverse educational backgrounds: marketing, management, sociology, psychology, communications, history, and others. They didn't start out knowing anything about NDT either.

Q. So, what the heck is NDT?

A. Simply put, NDT is testing that doesn't destroy the test object. Someone working in NDT might check an aircraft's skin for cracks, or a pipeline for corrosion. NDT is used in a wide variety of industries: automotive, aviation, construction, manufacturing, railroads, and many more. It's a field full of smart people who make the world a safer place.
